[WG: Accessibility] 2.9 results

Whatever you think best. It is especially nice since this was not solicited. I'm wondering if we (larger "we", not just Accessibility) should solicit for quotes on 2.9?  I have a bias against solicitations though. Maybe we can solicit unsolicited endorsements? Is that even possible? ;-)

Maybe at an institution-level through these listserves… hmmm….
