Nate,
Thanks very much for your efforts in raising accessibility to the URG. 

I think Joe is right, it would be better to wait. I'm hoping that the final official report will be finished very soon. 

Perhaps you could arrange a time when Joe could present the executive summary to the URG during one of the URG conference calls?
