Change 1 from Keyboard accessibility:

The three Sakai OAE features/widgets, which have the most significant issues, include: the content authoring WYSIWYG editor (from v1.2), the suggested content carousel on My dashboard and the navigation tree in the Assign a Category modal dialogue. The suggested content carousel will be replaced in subsequent releases by a new "activity feed", which may exhibit the same keyboard accessibility issues as the suggested content carousel. This new feature will need to be vetted for accessibility issues in a future accessibility review.

Change 2 from Expanded Details about the Accessibility Issues

Each WCAG 2.0 Success Criterion failure has been condensed into categories with related accessibility issues for brevity. An appendix has been included with the complete breakdown of WCAG 2.0 successes and failures. More information on how to meet each criterion and examples of criterion failures can be accessed using the link associated with each success criterion in the appendix section.
