[WG: Accessibility] BasicLTI Portlet Configuration

I was going through this link :

I referred this link today and all the builts were successful.even the
basiclti-portlet folder is being created in tomcat/webapps ,but when i
run uPortal(as admin and even as developer) and access the Portlet
administration->Register New portlet, there is no option of 'BasicLTI
Portlet' type in the table.I am not getting the reason.Can i get help
on that?
