[WG: Accessibility] Accessibility testing of Sakai OAE

Hi Anne,

I'm sure there are many ways Dr. Hadder could provide accessibility 
feedback to OAE.  I'm cc'ing the Sakai accessibility list and the OAE PM 
so they can chime in where appropriate.

I want to think that there is a protocol or accessibility rubric that 
can be followed, but I'll leave that to experts.
