[WG: Accessibility] Possible Bug in Firefox Accessibility Extension Access Keys Listing?

Hi,

I have a concern with the Firefox Accessibility Extension's "List of Access Keys" dialog box.

I am going through the open Sakai Jira accessibility tickets. Several are for one or more access keys not having any text description. I wanted to reproduce the issue and see the offending html element that had no text with it. In the two cases I have explored, they both were access keys on input type="submit" buttons. Both buttons have text.

An example of one of the instances is the following input element:
<input type="submit" id="cancel" name="command link parameters&amp;Submitting%20control=cancel&amp;Fast%20track%20action=pollToolBean.cancel" class="active" title="Back" accesskey="x" value="Back">

For this access key, FAE v1.5.58 reports "(No Available Text)" even though the button clearly has a text value. By default, JAWS 11 reads both the "Back" value and announces the access key.

A screen capture of the page, the code, and the FAE's dialog box is here:

I'm tempted to close these Jira tickets, but wanted to check with others in case I am missing something.

Thanks,
  -Brian
