[WG: Accessibility] Question about Teleconference Settings

Hi,

I am curious if anyone knows the history of how the system used for our teleconference was set up. I am curious if the teleconference is scheduled and configured for every two weeks in perpetuity, or if our schedule of teleconference slots will expire at some point.
